Welcome to QRify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are our agreement with you about using our QR code generator. We've tried to keep the legal jargon to a minimum—but some is unavoidable.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QRify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Service.

2. What QRify Is (and Isn't)

QRify is a free, web-based tool that lets you create customizable QR codes. It's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

What we promise: QRify will generate QR codes based on your inputs.

What we don't promise: That the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your specific needs.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You're free to use QRify for lawful purposes. That means you agree NOT to:

• Create QR codes linking to illegal or malicious content (phishing sites, malware, illegal products, hate speech, etc.)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights (don't use content you don't have permission to use)
• Distribute spam or engage in phishing
• Attempt to interfere with or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

4. Your Content, Your Responsibility

You own the QR codes you generate. You're free to use them however you like—print them, share them, sell products with them.

Important: You are solely responsible for any content (URLs, text, logos) you input into the Service. QRify doesn't monitor or store the content you create.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The QRify brand, logo, website design, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer any part of QRify without permission.

The QR codes you generate are yours—we claim no ownership over them.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep QRify available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. No Warranties

QRify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

In plain English: The Service is free, and you use it at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless QRify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
